These terms of service ("Terms") govern your use of the PBXWarehouse website and telecommunications services ("Services") provided by Simple Communications Ltd, trading as PBXWarehouse ("we", "us", "our").
Registered address: Portland House, Belmont Business Park, Belmont, Durham, DH1 1TW
By creating an account or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using our Services on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.
We provide business telecommunications services including:
We deliver our Services using a UK-based hosted telephony platform. Service availability and call quality depend on your internet connection and factors outside our control.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication.
You must be at least 18 years old and a UK resident or UK-registered business to use our Services.
You agree not to use our Services to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if we reasonably believe you have breached this acceptable use policy.
All prices are displayed on our website. We reserve the right to change our prices by giving you at least 30 days' written notice. If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel your Services before the new price takes effect.
Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. Your card details are never stored on our servers.
Recurring charges are billed monthly in advance. One-time charges (such as setup fees) are billed at the time of order.
If a payment fails, we will notify you and attempt to re-charge your card. If payment remains outstanding for more than 14 days, we may suspend your Services. If payment remains outstanding for more than 30 days, we may terminate your Services and release any phone numbers associated with your account.
Phone numbers are allocated to you under licence from Ofcom (via our upstream provider). You do not own phone numbers — they are assigned for your use while your account is active and in good standing.
If your account is terminated or a number is removed from your account, you may lose the right to use that number. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before releasing a number.
Number porting (transferring a number to or from another provider) is subject to industry timescales and the cooperation of the losing/gaining provider. We cannot guarantee porting timescales.
We aim to provide our Services with 99.9% uptime. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Interruptions may occur due to:
Our Services should not be relied upon as a sole means of emergency communication. VoIP services may not support calls to 999/112 in the same way as traditional landlines.
All Services run on a 1-month rolling contract. There is no minimum term beyond the current billing period.
You may cancel at any time by giving us 30 days' notice through your dashboard or by contacting us. You will not be charged after your current billing period ends.
On cancellation, your phone numbers will be released and your account data will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
All content on our website (including text, design, code, and branding) is owned by PBXWarehouse and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our written permission.
If you are unhappy with our Services, please follow our complaints procedure. If we cannot resolve your complaint, you may escalate it to the Communications Ombudsman.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will give you at least 30 days' notice of any material changes by email. Your continued use of our Services after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
