Request a port
How it works

Four simple steps to port your number

1

Tell us your number

Contact us with the number you want to port and your current provider's details.

2

We submit the request

We handle the paperwork with your current provider. You'll need to authorise the transfer.

3

Set up your system

While the port is processing, set up your extensions, voicemail, and routing so everything's ready.

4

Go live

On the porting date, your number switches over seamlessly. Calls start arriving on your new system.

Porting FAQ

Will there be any downtime? +
We aim for zero downtime. The switch typically happens within a few seconds during the porting window. In rare cases, there may be a brief interruption of a few minutes.
Do I need to cancel with my current provider? +
No — do not cancel your existing service before the port completes. Cancelling early could cause you to lose the number. The port process handles the transfer automatically.
Is there a charge for porting? +
We do not charge for incoming ports. Your current provider may charge an early termination fee if you are in a contract — check with them first.
Can I port multiple numbers at once? +
Yes. Contact us with the list of numbers and we will submit them together. Batch ports may take slightly longer.
What if my port is rejected? +
Ports can be rejected if the details don't match your current provider's records (name, address, account number). We'll let you know what needs correcting and resubmit.
Can I use my number while the port is processing? +
Yes. Your number stays active with your current provider until the port completes. There's no gap in service.
